Nu Skin Korea selects Gold Coast for 2018
The Gold Coast has been selected as the host city for the Nu Skin Korea BDMS Success Trip in April 2018. The five day reward trip will bring approximately 1300 of the organisations most successful distributors to the city.
The incentive program will incorporate an educational forum for Nu Skin Korea’s top independent distributors, as well as provide the opportunity for qualifiers to experience some of the Gold Coast’s most exciting venues and attractions.

Is that a Hobbit or just Gary at the Bender Bash?
Of course it’s Gary Bender dressed in keeping with yesterday’s ever-growing Unofficial Christmas Party - aptly titled the Bender Bash - held at the Bavarian Bier Café in Sydney.
There were 180 at this year’s bash – 40 more than last year - and dozens on the wait list. Will a larger venue be sourced in 2017? What will Gary wear in 2017? All will no doubt be revealed!

ICC Sydney cleaners face toughest test following Urban concert
Those brand-spanking new vacuum cleaners at the ICC Sydney would’ve been on full power at the end of the Keith Urban concert last night which officially opened the centre’s new 8000-seat ICC Sydney Theatre.
At the end of his two-hour performance, where he was joined by another country music legend, Carrie Underwood, the confetti gates opened, having much of the crowd pulling it out from all kinds of places.
As a concert venue, the theatre worked incredibly well, with good stage views from every seat, great sound quality, and easy access in and out of the building.
Have your say in the future of the meetings industry
Melbourne Convention Bureau and micenet invite industry professionals to participate in a new research project on ‘The Future of the Business Meetings Industry’ by completing a short online survey.

From future technology and communication channels to conference structure and venue architecture, we would appreciate your opinion. Conducted by independent research company, McCrindle Research on behalf of MCB, the key findings will be presented to the industry at the AIME 25th Anniversary Official Opening on Tuesday, February 21, at 9am. All attendees will receive a FREE results card.

Sydney Santa Spectacular launched
The gift of giving for children in need was twinkling for all to see when Australia’s biggest Christmas festival – the Sydney Santa Spectacular - in conjunction with Events by ATC, launched its charity Christmas appeal last week at Rosehill Gardens.
The appeal supports the kids and families of Camp Quality and Sydney Children’s Hospital with event organisers inviting attendees throughout the 19-day festival to donate gifts under a towering 15 metre Christmas tree – one of the tallest charity trees in Australia.
With a seasonal smorgasbord of North Pole experiences for Christmas-lovers of all ages, Australia’s largest open-air ice-skating rink, toboggan slides, Australia’s only double decker carousel and much more, the Sydney Santa Spectacular lights up Rosehill Gardens for a worthy cause. The event will run until December 27, and tickets can be purchased here.
